Use of Website
This website is provided for informational purposes about Trekkership's travel and trekking services. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
Booking & Reservations
Submitting a contact form or inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. All bookings are subject to availability and a signed booking agreement. Deposits and payment terms will be communicated at time of booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations 30–60 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Liability
Trekking and adventure travel carries inherent risks. Trekkership takes all reasonable precautions for the safety of our clients; however, we cannot be held liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our tours. All clients must sign a liability waiver prior to departure.
